Dry rot & siding repair
Oregon rain finds every gap. When we find dry rot in trim, sills or siding, we cut it out and replace it, and loose or cracked siding gets repaired or replaced before any paint goes on.

Deck & fence staining
A deck or fence only takes stain well when it's clean and dry. We wash it, let it dry, fix loose boards where needed, and apply stain evenly, board by board.
